AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR A WOMEN'S SOCCER TEAM HEAD COACH AND ONE ASSISTANT COACH.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for salaries and benefits for a women's soccer team head coach and one assistant coach. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
