    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 291

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, strike line 11 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "increased every year for two years".

    2. On page 2, line 13, strike "An" and insert in lieu there of "Subject to availability of funds, an".

    3. On page 2, line 14, after "than", insert "five thousand dollars ($5,000) and not more than".

    4. On page 2, line 14, before the period, insert "and shall be disbursed based on the percentage of medicaid patients or indigent patients seen in the practice".

    5. On page 2, line 19, after "obstetricians", strike the remainder of the line up to the period.

    6. On page 3, strike lines 2 through 8.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
