    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 269

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, between lines 13 and 14, insert a new subsection to read:

         "G. "licensed provider" means a licensed physician, licensed physician assistant, licensed certified nurse practitioner or licensed psychologist;".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    3. On page 5, line 18, strike "physician" and insert in lieu thereof "provider".

    4. On page 5, line 23, strike "physician" and insert in lieu thereof "provider".

    5. On page 6, line 4, strike "physician" and insert in lieu thereof "provider".

    6. On page 10, line 4, strike "physician's" and insert in lieu thereof "licensed provider's".

    7. On page 14, lines 7 and 8, strike "one thousand dollars ($1,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred dollars ($500)".

    8. On page 14, line 10, strike "annually" and insert in lieu thereof "every two years".

    9. On page 14, line 11, before the period, insert "of the year of renewal".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
