     2. On page 1, line 21, strike "11" and insert in lieu thereof "10".

     3. On page 2, line 12, strike "overall".

     4. On page 7, line 4, strike "2011" and insert in lieu thereof "2010".

     6. On page 7, lines 21 and 22, strike "a period of up to" and insert in lieu thereof "no more than".

     7. On page 13, line 15, strike "2009" and insert in lieu thereof "2008".

     8. On page 13, line 20, after "require", insert a colon and the paragraph designation "(1)".

     9. On page 13, line 22, strike the period and the end quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     10. On page 13, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(2) fingerprints and other information necessary for a state and national criminal background check."".

     11. On page 14, line 6, strike "annual" and insert in lieu thereof "biennial".

     12. On page 14, line 16, strike "annual" and insert in lieu thereof "biennial".
