    2. On page 8, line 15, after "person" insert ", other than a respiratory care practitioner licensed under the Respiratory Care Act,".

    3. On page 8, line 17, after "technologists" insert a comma.

    4. On page 8, line 22, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    5. On page 8, strike lines 23 through 25 in their entirety, and on page 9, strike lines 1 through 7 in their entirety.
