    1. On page 1, lines 13 through 15, strike "; PROVIDING FOR THE HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS VACCINE FOR SCHOOL ENTRY".

    2. On page 2, lines 3 through 9, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    4. On page 2, lines 14 and 15, strike "and the appropriate form of evidence or notice required by Subsection B of this section".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
