SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 2 to SENATE FLOOR SUBSTITUTE FOR

                                           SENATE BILL 225, as amended

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR BOITANO

     1. On page 11, between lines 19 and 20, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(10) the development of provider networks that always allow the consumer a choice of health care providers;".

     2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
