AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL FOR A CELEBRATION OF THE COLLEGE'S ONE HUNDREDTH ANNIVERSARY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to plan and implement a celebration of the college's one hundredth anniversary. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
