    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 177

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 2 and 3, strike "for the optional prepayment" and insert in lieu thereof "property owners the option of making prepayments".

    2. On page 3, line 10, before the period, insert "; provided that an option otherwise allowed pursuant to this section may not be exercised if taxes are escrowed for the property owner and included in the property owner's monthly mortgage payment".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
