    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 174

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 12 through "CREDIT" and insert in lieu thereof "ADDING A REPORTING REQUIREMENT".

    2. On page 1, line 25, strike the brackets and the line through "ten" and strike "the following".

    3. On page 2, line 3, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    4. On page 2, strike lines 4 through 25 and on page 3, strike lines 1 and 2.

    5. On page 4, line 1, remove the brackets and line-through.

    6. On page 4, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following new subsection to read:

         "H. The economic development department shall report to the appropriate interim legislative committee before November 1 of each year the cost of this tax credit to the state and its impact on company recruitment and job creation.".

    7. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    8. On page 7, line 5, remove the bracket and the line through "and prior to July 1," and after the comma, insert "2015".

    9. On page 7, lines 7 through 17, remove the brackets and

line-through and on lines 17 through 23, strike the underscored language and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

    10. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
