AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAMS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($145,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for the university's health sciences center's behavioral health programs statewide. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
