AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING PROGRAM'S MANUFACTURING TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER CLEANROOM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($385,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for the manufacturing engineering program's manufacturing training and technology center cleanroom phase two development and auxiliary salaries. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
