    1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "Two million two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($2,250,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
