SENATE BILL 23

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. On page 2, line 20, after "fertilization" insert "that is

up to eight weeks of age post-fertilization".

    2. On page 3, strike lines 2 through 5 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "creation of an embryo".

    3. On page 5, lines 7 and 8, strike "by the method of

fertilization".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
