AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF COMMISSIONERS ON UNIFORM STATE LAWS' ANNUAL MEETING IN SANTA FE IN 2009.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the legislative council service for expenditure in fiscal years 2009 and 2010 for transportation costs, printing services and professional services for speakers for the national conference of commissioners on uniform state laws' annual meeting in Santa Fe in 2009. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
