has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 18, after “matters,” insert “and”.

    2. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike “and the public employees retirement association”.

    3. On page 3, lines 4 and 5, strike "secretary of workforce solutions" and insert in lieu thereof "appropriate agency".

     4. On page 3, line 10, strike “full- or part-time” and insert in lieu thereof “career paid”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
