    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 469

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 22, after "and", insert a colon and the subsection designation "A.".

     2. On page 1, line 25, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and" and after line 25, insert the following subsection:

          "B. pays interest on the amount contributed at an interest rate set by the public employees retirement board.".

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
