AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the general services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 for a full-time employee to implement the State Use Act program to expand employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
