has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

FOR HOUSE BILL 335

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 4, after "guardian", insert "or, if the student has already graduated from high school or has obtained a general educational development certificate (GED), have parental or legal guardian approval".

     2. On page 3, line 12, after "school", insert "or be a high school graduate or GED graduate".,

and thence referred to the VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE.
