     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "MONUMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "PARK".

     2. On page 1, line 21, strike "monument" and insert in lieu thereof "park".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
