    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 308

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 16, strike "and Dona Ana counties" and insert in lieu thereof "county".

     2. On page 4, lines 15 and 16, strike "Santa Fe and Chaves counties" and insert in lieu thereof "Chaves county".

     3. On page 5, line 7, strike "and Dona Ana counties" and insert in lieu thereof "county".

     4. On page 5, line 24, strike "and".

     5. On page 6, line 2, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     6. On page 6, between lines 2 and 3, insert:

          "WW. to Cibola county to acquire water rights for public use.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
