    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 308, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike House Taxation and Revenue Committee Amendments 5 and 6.

     2. On page 6, line 2, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

     3. On page 6, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following subsections:

          "WW. to Cibola county to acquire water rights for public use; and

          XX. to the city of Rio Rancho in Sandoval county for a flood prevention project.".
