    1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendments 1, 2 and 3.

    2. On page 30, line 16, after the second comma, insert "the prescribing and administering", strike "the use" and strike "agencies" and insert in lieu thereof "agents".

    3. On page 30, line 18, after "appliances", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and medical devices; the selling of".

    4. On page 30, line 19, after "supplements", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and" and after "remedies", insert "; the administering of a drug by injection by a certified advanced practice chiropractic physician;".    

    5. On page 30, line 22, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof ", the".
