HOUSE BILL 215

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 7, after the subsection designation "B.", insert "The department shall not issue a commercial driver's license for at least one year to a person who is required to hold a commercial driver's license if the person is found by the department to have taken one of the actions identified in Paragraphs (1) through (5) of this subsection.

    2. On page 3, lines 8 and 9, strike the underscored language in its entirety.
