    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 213

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 8, line 3, remove the brackets and line through "or" and strike all of the underlined material on lines 3 through 6.

     2. On page 8, line 4, strike the comma.

     3. On page 8, line 8, after the period insert:

     "Only the credited service of a motor transportation officer member or special investigation officer member earned after January 1, 2009 shall be increased by twenty percent for the purposes of state officer member coverage plan 1.".

     4. On page 8, line 20, strike "July" and insert in lieu thereof "January".

     5. On page 8, line 23, after "the" insert "eligible".

     6. On page 9, line 2, strike "July" and insert in lieu thereof "January".

     7. On page 9, line 5, after "the" insert "eligible".

     8. On page 9, line 14, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof a comma and, on line 15, strike "A.".

     9. On page 9, line 18, after "2004" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 19 through 21 and strike line 22 up to the period.
