    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 120, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike House Health and Government Affairs Committee Amendments 39 through 48.

     2. On page 1, line 15, after "DEPARTMENTS", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 16 up to the period.

     3. On page 40, line 9, through page 42, line 6, strike Section 17 in its entirety and renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

     4. On page 42, line 8, strike "2008" and insert in lieu thereof "2009".
