AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS AT THE GRANTS CAMPUS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to develop physical education and wellness academic programming at the Grants campus. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
