AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR INSTRUCTIONAL TELEVISION NEEDS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighteen thousand six hundred thirty-five dollars ($118,635) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of western New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal years 2009 and 2010 to fund instructional television needs. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
