has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, strike “emphasizes abstinence and sexual responsibility.” and insert in lieu thereof “provides a comprehensive educational approach, including a combination of abstinence, sexual responsibility, contraception and disease prevention.”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
