AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY TO CREATE A SMALL-MUSEUM PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to create a small-museum professional certification program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
