AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE MANUELITO CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2009 to provide transportation services between the Manuelito chapter of the Navajo Nation and the city of Gallup. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
