     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "STATE OFFICERS AND".

     2. On page 2, line 7, strike "executive department or".

     3. On page 4, lines 17 through 19, strike Paragraph (1) in its entirety.

     4. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     5. On page 4, line 20, strike "other" and after "statewide", insert "judicial".

     6. On page 8, line 16, after the second occurrence of "fund", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 17 through 20 in their entirety and strike line 21 up to the period.

     7. On page 11, lines 1 through 3, strike Paragraph (1) in its entirety.
