has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, strike "ARTS" and insert in lieu thereof "MUSIC".

     2. On page 2, line 2, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     3. On page 2, between lines 2 and 3, insert:

     "WHEREAS, the governor has created a state music commission;".

     4. On page 2, line 5, strike "arts" and insert in lieu thereof "music".

     5. On page 2, line 15, strike "arts" and insert in lieu thereof "music".

     6. On page 2, line 20, strike "arts" and insert in lieu thereof "music".
