has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, strike lines 6 through 11 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

     "WHEREAS, a question has arisen as to whether the state is complying with federal law in its distribution of money received pursuant to the federal Mineral Lands Leasing Act;".

     2. On page 2, line 20, strike "bring the" and insert in lieu thereof "ensure".

     3. On page 2, line 20, strike "into" and after "compliance" insert "with".
