SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 1084 appropriates $410,000 from the General Fund to the Board of Regents of New

for the Petroleum Recovery Research Center to use as a mandatory match for a $67,000,000
grant from the United States Department of Energy over the next 10 years for carbon

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $410,000 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund.
