if they are used for other purposes.

Adobe PDF versions include all attachments, whereas HTML versions may not. Previously issued FIRs and

House memorial 69 resolves that March 9, 2007 be recognized as “ENLACE New Mexico Day’
at the legislature with recognition of ENLACE’s efforts to increase opportunities for academic
achievement, school completion and success in higher education, not only for Latino students,
but for all students in the state.
Copies of House Memorial 69 are to be transmitted to all ENLACE chapters in the state.

SIGNIFICANT ISSUES
ENLACE, or ENgaging LAtino Communities for Education, is a collaboration of community
colleges, universities, high schools and community organizations with the goal of producing
more Latino and Hispanic high school and college graduates. The ENLACE vision is to seek
ways to offer culturally relevant and quality higher education for Latino students. Three original
ENLACE projects in northern, central and southern New Mexico were funded by the W.K.
