SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 1124 appropriates $100.0 to the Local Government Division, Department of Finance
and Administration for operational expenses for the Tome-Adelino Community Center in
Valencia County.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $100.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the General Fund.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY08 shall revert to the
General Fund.
SIGNIFICANT ISSUES
DFA notes that the appropriation is for operational costs for the Tome-Adelino Community
Center in Valencia County, however construction of the Community Center has not been
completed and expected construction completion date is June 2007. It appears this funding will
supplement the budget for this community center and/or the County of Valencia.
