SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 1115 appropriates $100,000 from the General Fund to the NM Tech Regents for
expenditure in FY 2008 for a statewide program that trains middle and high school students on
the use of supercomputers, improves the skills and technical knowledge of students, and
improves teaching techniques in science, mathematics, engineering, and technology.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $100,000 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the General Fund.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY 2008 shall revert to the
General Fund.
