SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 1095 appropriates $100.0 from the General Fund to provide staffing and operational
expenses for computer clubhouses in Bernalillo County.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $100.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the General Fund.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY08 shall revert to the
General Fund.
SIGNIFICANT ISSUES
HB 1095 is for computer clubhouses in Bernalillo County. The clubhouses are used for computer
after-school programs to help children to develop basic computer skills and to assist them with
their homework.
