SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 1006 appropriates $50 thousand dollars from the general fund for expenditure in
FY08 to provide for emergency services and supplies delivered by an international rescue agency
in Dona Ana County.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $50 thousand contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general
fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY08 shall revert to the
general fund.
The bill is not specific for what type of emergency services and type of supplies; and, to which
international rescue agency the appropriation is being directed.
