SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 915 appropriates $125 thousand from the GENERAL FUND to the Commission of
Public Records for the purpose of providing training scholarships to information professionals
employed by state agencies or institutions or by local or tribal governments to receive certified
on-line training on managing digital records.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $125 contained in this bill is a RECURRING expense to the GENERAL
FUND. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FISCAL YEAR 2008
shall revert to the GENERAL FUND.
