SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 837 appropriates $280,000 from the general fund to the Economic Development
Department for expenditure in FY07 and FY08 for the filming of documentaries on renewable
energy projects in New Mexico.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $280,000 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY08 shall revert to the
general fund.
EDD states that there will be no major fiscal impacts other than that of the appropriation.
