SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 70, making an Appropriation to the Bureau of Elections for Native American Voter
Education, appropriates $150.0 thousand from the GENERAL FUND to the Bureau of Elections
in the Office of the Secretary of State for the purpose of voter education for Native Americans.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $150.0 thousand contained in this bill is a non-recurring expense to the
general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of 2008 shall re-
vert to the general fund.
