two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design, construct and equip an economic
resource center in Gallup in McKinley county
GALLUP LOW-INCOME APARTMENTS CONSTRUCT
three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to acquire land for, plan, design, construct, equip
and furnish low-income apartments in Gallup in McKinley county. The appropriation is
contingent upon the enactment into law by the first session of the forty-eighth legislature of
Senate Bill 534 or similar legislation and further contingent upon an ordinance being enacted
pursuant to Section 6-27-7 NMSA 1978
