    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 1149

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "An elementary school nurse shall administer an annual" and insert in lieu thereof "A school nurse or the nurse's designee shall administer a".

    2. On page 2, line 9, after "school" insert "in pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, first grade and third grade".

    3. On page 2, line 10, after "students" insert "in those grades".

    4. On page 2, line 19, strike "by mail and enclose" and insert in lieu thereof "of that need and provide".

    5. On page 3, line 21, after the comma insert "a school administrator.",

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
