AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO REPAY THE SAN YSIDRO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION EMERGENCY LOAN FROM THE STATE BOARD OF FINANCE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state board of finance for expenditure in fiscal year 2008 to repay an emergency loan provided to the San Ysidro mutual domestic water consumers association. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2008 shall revert to the general fund.
