RELATING TO DOMESTIC AFFAIRS; CHANGING FORMS FOR MARRIAGE LICENSES AND REGISTRATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. Section 40-1-18 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1961, Chapter 99, Section 1) is amended to read:
"40-1-18. FORM OF APPLICATION, LICENSE AND CERTIFICATE.--
