    1. On page 2, strike line 3 up to the colon.

    2. On page 2, line 4, after "(1)" insert "is in imminent danger of".

    3. On page 2, line 5, after "(2)" insert "is in imminent danger of" and after the semicolon, strike "or".

    4. On page 2, line 6, after "(3)" insert "is in imminent danger of".

    5. On page 2, line 7, after the semicolon insert "or".

    6. On page 2, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(4) has Alzheimer's disease;".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
