SENATE BILL 886

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 15, strike "related" and after "infrastructure" insert "for the delivery of water to the location of need".

     2. On page 3, line 6, after "condemnation" insert "and may only condemn real property when that property is needed for infrastructure related to the conveyance of water".
