    1. On page 1, line 23, after "ordinance" insert "or pursuant to Section 66-8-130 NMSA 1978 or as otherwise provided by law".

    2. On page 2, line 2, strike "than" and insert in lieu thereof "from or in addition to" and strike "and fees".

    3. On page 2, line 4, after "laws" insert "and the fees authorized by Sections 35-14-11 and 66-8-130 NMSA 1978".

    4. On page 5, line 13, strike "than" and insert in lieu thereof "from or in addition to" and strike "and fees".

    5. On page 5, line 14, after "provisions" insert "and the fees

authorized by Sections 35-14-11 and 66-8-130 NMSA 1978".

    6. On page 6, line 9, strike "penalty assessment".

    7. On page 6, line 10, strike "Section 66-8-116.3 NMSA 1978" and insert in lieu thereof "Section 35-14-11 NMSA 1978".

    8. On page 6, line 14, strike "Subsection B of Section 66-8-119 NMSA 1978" and insert in lieu thereof "Section 35-14-11 NMSA 1978". 

    9. On page 7, line 7, after "assessments" insert "and fee".

    10. On page 7, lines 8 through 11, strike all the underscored language.
